For who are attending Dog Days on June 23 or July7. There is an important piece of information that you may not have received regarding the Calculus Readiness Test (CRT). All student who are interested in taking Math 75 - Calculus 1 must take Calculus Readiness Test (CRT). The ELM does not serve as eligibility for Math 75. The CRT is an additional test for entry in Math 75.
You can take the CRT at Testing Services (www.csufresno.edu/testing)
from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The test must be taken at the Fresno State Testing Service offices. There is not an online version. The test is an hour long. You may be able to take the test during Dog Days in the lunch hour. For those who live out of the area, this may be a good option for you. Those of you who are in the local area, you can take the test prior to your Dog Days. There is not charge for the test.
You can take a practice test at http://www.csufresno.edu/math/resources/placement_exams/calc_readiness.shtml.
This website provides more information regarding the CRT.
During Dog Days we will hand out the Math 75 listing for Engineering and Construction Management students. I will provide more information during the Engineering and Construction Management G.E. session at Dog Days.
